VRFC Games Program - U9-U11

Service Description
Our Games program is an excellent opportunity to add supplementary training to your player's schedule. The program is designed to create a competitive and fun environment that allows players to problem-solve and be creative in a game scenario. The sessions will provide players with a variation of small-sided and conditioned game scenarios delivered at a high intensity which will challenge them to think outside the box to better their opponents. The sessions will also incorporate friendly matches against other local clubs. Session format - VRFC Games Program 1) Warm up/Activation games - Increase intensity/excitement 2) 1v1 up to 5v5 games (Competitive - scores kept) 3) SSG - different formats - keep scores - overloads, underloads, long, narrow, wide and 4 goal games. Session dates run from Saturday January 6th - March 2nd. There will be no session on family day weekend (Feb 17th).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
