Club Fees

The Academy fee for the Fall/Winter is $900. This fee covers all 44 sessions from September - March.
You can pay in full or spread the payments by choosing to pay in installments. Fall/Winter is one season and if you enrol you will be enrolling for the full season September - March. Those who wish to participate in the house league games (U8-U10 only) can add this to their registration.

As part of the VRFC Academy, players receive:

1) Professional, certified coaching
All Rangers sessions are delivered by professional, certified coaches — not parent volunteers — ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience for every player.

Our coaching team is energetic, experienced, and fully certified, with backgrounds coaching children aged 2–18 in Canada and internationally.

Players remain with the same coaching team throughout the season, allowing coaches to build strong relationships with players and create positive, connected team environments.
2) Two training sessions per week
The first weekly sessions focus on foundational skill development, with players spending the majority of the session on the ball to build technique, confidence, and comfort in possession.

The second weekly sessions are built around non-competitive, game-based activities, where VRFC teams play against one another to apply skills in realistic game situations.

3) Weekend Games
All players U8-U10 (2019-2017) have the opportunity to participate in the VYSA House League on Saturdays.
These games will take place on Saturdays across Vancouver with players matched up against other local clubs. Field location and time change weekly. Games are led by our staff coaches, but not necessarily the same coach from your training sessions.

This is an optional addition which will incur an additional $175 charge upon registration to cover league and field fees.

All communication and scheduling will be through the TeamSnap app. It is expected if you enrol in games that you can attend the large majority.
4) Exceptional learning opportunities
The Fall/Winter Academy is the pinnacle of the soccer calendar and is designed to offer a holistic development opportunity for all players and teams as they take advantage of the consistent twice weekly sessions over a prolonged period. This gives players time to build skills, confidence, and connections within the club.

At Rangers we're big believers in developing great people, not just great players and we feel this season is a great way for our players to connect to something bigger than just soccer. Club events include our sponsored walk, end of season awards event and our annual BC Place tournament.

Club Kit

All new players to the 2026/27 season are required to purchase an official Vancouver Rangers Kit. The cost is $125.00 and this can be added to your registration. Kit can be picked up on the first night of our Fall/Winter season.
