Service Description
Pay $50.00 now to secure your spot in our 2024/25 Academy Season. Due to growing demand we have to limit our registrations for our upcoming season. In order to ensure current VRFC members have an opportunity to reserve a spot, we are introducing a preregistration system. This is only available for current VRFC members. By pre-registering and paying the deposit you are committing to signing your child up for the fall/winter academy seasons. If the remaining payment is not received by July 20th your spot will be vacated and the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, the deposit is non-refundable if you wish to cancel your registration after pre-registering. The $50.00 deposit will be refunded back to you once payment for the fall block is paid. This payment must be made by July 20.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
