Service Description
Our professional coaches will work through our time-tested curriculum, covering everything from goal scoring to some of the world's most famous soccer skills. Our philosophy is designed to build teams who understand the importance of work ethic, bravery on and off the field and leadership. The sessions will run twice a week at UBC's Fields* with one technical session taking place on Monday 5-6pm OR 6-7pm. The second session will be game focused and will run on Fridays at Stadium Field either 5-6pm or 6-7pm. The full breakdown of dates and times will be sent via email in the coming weeks. *Monday sessions will move to Lord Byng Secondary Grass Field for sessions between May 26th-June 23rd The full season will run from April 7th-June 23rd and the cost of the season is $410 for 21 sessions. Your child will be placed in a team based on their age, ability & gender. Our recommended time slots are 5:00-6:00pm for our U6-U8 teams and 6:00-7:00pm for our U9-U12 teams. Sessions will only be canceled in severe weather conditions. If this is the case you will be notified via email/text of any cancellations and we will do everything possible to make up the cancelled sessions. We will not be responsible for refunds if we are unable to reschedule these missed sessions due to weather.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
