Join us on March 8th at Trafalgar park for our fourth annual parent fundraiser soccer game. Our parent fundraiser soccer game provides an excellent opportunity for families to bond with one another, strengthen the sense of community within our club, and enjoy some healthy exercise (and competition!), all while raising funds for our club. The primary objective of this event is to raise funds to cover the costs associated with our end-of-season awards evening, including the venue, awards, and other essential expenses. Your participation will not only contribute to the success of our club but allows you to be apart of one of the best events in the VRFC calendar. Participation is by donation ($35.00 minimum) and your contributions will go a long way in achieving our goal. The game is all about having a great time with your fellow parents. No soccer experience is necessary, and all skill levels are welcome. Whether you're a seasoned player or have never kicked a soccer ball, you're sure to enjoy the friendly competition. Bring the family along and have the kiddos cheer you on from the sidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
