Future Stars Individual Registration

Service Description
Register an individual Future Stars event. We will assign your player to a same-age team of up to 10 players. Teams will play a minimum of three 25-minute games. Final schedule to be released closer to event day. Games will be 4vs4 (plus GK) format with substitutions. Teams available for kids born between 2018-2013.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
