Service Description
Our professional coaches will work through our time-tested curriculum, covering everything from goal scoring to some of the world's most famous soccer skills. Our philosophy is to build teams who understand the importance of work ethic, bravery on and off the field and leadership. The sessions will run twice a week at Trillium Turf on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6:30-7:30pm. Tuesday sessions will be skills training and Fridays will be inter-club game night. The full breakdown of dates and times will be sent via email in the coming weeks. The full season will run from September 17th-March 7th and the cost of the season is $855 for 44 sessions. This booking will cover the first block of the Fall season from September 17th-November 1st. There will be a total of 14 sessions during this time and this block will therefore be priced at $270. The second block of Fall season will run from November 5th-December 13th for a total of 12 sessions. This block is priced at $230 and is payable by October 15th. The winter block (January 7th-March 7th) is also available for registration and is priced at $345. You can book all three services at once or choose to spread your payments over a longer period. We ask that all players complete their Winter payment by December 1st to secure your spot. All new registrants are required to purchase a full VRFC kit at $125 (sold separately). Your child will be placed in a team based on their age & ability Sessions will only be canceled in severe weather conditions. If this is the case you will be notified via email/text of any cancellations and we will do everything possible to make up the cancelled sessions. We will not be responsible for refunds if we are unable to reschedule these missed sessions due to weather.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
