Service Description
Registration is now open for our 2024 Summer Camps! This half-day camp will run for 5 days from Monday, August 26th to Friday, August 30th. The camp will be held at Jericho Hill, Vancouver. We will be using the outdoor grass fields. Camp half-days are 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Pre-camp care is also available from 8.00am which can be added on to your camp. For those looking for full day camps from 9:00am-4:00pm, book both our AM and PM camps and get lunch care automatically included free of charge. Our Summer Camps provide the perfect opportunity for your player to learn and practice their skills on repeating days while making friends and getting plenty of exercise. Our curriculum is led by professional coaches and is designed to ensure all players are able to develop and excel at their own pace whilst maximizing skill development. Each of our themed days will include several hours of soccer skills, games and drills designed to challenge your player in a fun and engaging environment. Camps are an excellent opportunity for accelerated skill development as our coaches work through every aspect of the game from goal scoring to defending each day. - Drop off and pick up - For ages 5 to 11 - Open to non-VRFC members - Available to younger siblings (aged 3 to 5) through our HappyFeet Camps (same time and place)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
