5v5 Tournament - Individual Registration

Service Description
Register as an individual and let us place you in a team for our Pacific Peaks 5v5 Tournament event. Teams will play a minimum of three 35-minute games. Final schedule to be released closer to event day. Games will be 5vs5 format with unlimited substitutions. The tournament is open age with a separate men's and women's division. Played in accordance with the FIFA rules of the game, with the exception of offsides. There will be no offsides. Further clarity on the offside rule will be shared with registered teams prior to the tournament date. Points/Scoring Win - 3 points Tie - 1 point Loss - 0 points Per goal scored (max of 3) - 1 points Clean sheet - 2 points Max of 8 points per game attainable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: A full account credit, or A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. Refund Clarification Example If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. Two children registered in the same program = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). One child registered for two separate programs = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). Missed Days Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to: Illness Vacation or travel Changes to work schedules Personal scheduling conflicts Other non-emergency reasons Account Credits Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. After a Program Starts Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except with appropriate medical documentation
